There is a lot of information to cover but it is done in a well organized, time efficient manner. ERS has an excellent team of instructors, that are on top of their game. Great job by all instructors.
All instructors rocked! Could use an extra day to cover more needed material. Each instructor was amazing. They touched on everything important and I know im walking away with important skills that will change my life and others. Keep up the good… great work guys!
The class was more hands on with instruction rather than lecture which is way better. The instructors used great examples and had fantastic stories that were helpful. Enjoyable class. Thanks for all your hard work.
Instructors were very good in the instructional aspect. Would ask why we did something and not just say we were wrong, they explained it if we were wrong why. Very respectful.
Took extra time to explain fully made it fun to learn and keep wanting to learn more. Awesome class and instructors. Both instructors were very knowledgeable, clear informative and made the training fun as well as enjoyable!
Very good instructors. Great refresher! Definitely need to do more than once a year. One time a year is not enough.
