Course Name: Emergency Response Planning
Description: Employees responsible for developing an overall emergency response plan for their facility
Prerequisites: None
Requirements Met: According to Ford Motor Company's SHARP Element 7.7 * OSHA Standard on Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (29 CFR 1910.120) * OSHA Standard on Employee Emergency Plans (29 CFR 1910.38)
Who Should Attend: Employees responsible for developing an overall emergency response plan for their facility


Course Name: ERT Coordinator
Description: This 16-hour course is designed to assist ERT Coordinators in managing the Emergency Response Team for their location. The focus of the course includes responsibilities associated with training, equipment and administration.
Prerequisites: None
Requirements Met: OSHA Standard on Industrial Fire Brigades, (29 CFR 1910.156)
Who Should Attend: Personnel responsible for coordinating ERT activities, scheduling training, and maintaining equipment.


Course Name: Evacuation Coordinator
Description: This 2-hour online program will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to direct and assist employees during evacuations and in-place sheltering. This course is available in an online format at www.ersintl.org.
Prerequisites: None
Requirements Met: OSHA Standard on Emergency Plans, (29 CFR 1910.38)
Who Should Attend: Floor wardens, supervisors, process coaches, security personnel, and others who are responsible for directing and assisting employees during an emergency.


Course Name: Incident Command System
Description: This 2-hour program is an introduction to the Incident Command System. It is intended for employees with little or no previous ICS training. It will serve as a foundation for further training study that will provide the knowledge and experience necessary to meet the requirements to be an Incident Commander. This program is available at www.ersintl.org.
Prerequisites:
Requirements Met: According to OSHA Standard on Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (29 CFR 1910.120), and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
Who Should Attend: Any employees who will manage a response to a workplace emergency, including fires, hazardous materials incidents, rescues, and other emergencies. This may include Security personnel and other members of the Emergency Response Team or the OCM.


Course Name: Tabletop Exercise
Description: This 4-hour program will provide facility leadership with the opportunity to practice implementing the Emergency Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan.
Prerequisites: None
Requirements Met: NFPA 1600, Standard on Disaster Recovery
Who Should Attend: Members of the facility operating committee, incident commanders for the facility, and municipal response agency representatives.
